Rodney "Lil Rod" Jones is breaking his silence against Sean "Diddy" Combs in his scathing lawsuit against him.

Jones has accused the rap mogul of sexually harassing, drugging, and threatening him for over a year.

Lil Rod Smoking Gun Evidence Against Diddy

According to AllHipHop, Jones has offered smoking gun evidence against Combs in a new sworn court declaration.

Apart from revealing that he was sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened, Jones had reportedly given the judge presiding over his lawsuit a recording that purportedly heavily incriminates Combs.

Combs was allegedly bragging about engaging in violent and illegal activities throughout his decorated career in music and entertainment.

Apart from this, Jones also confessed to the court that he has alleged firsthand knowledge and evidence of Comb's illicit actions and activities, including tax evasion, physical assault, and even the murder of an unidentified woman.

"He shared how he would get things by force. This included record deals, signatures on contracts, sex acts from women and men, as well as the women of his enemies," Jones told the court.

Jones' evidence against Combs also included a confession of criminal activities, including coercion of individuals into record deals and promiscuous sexual acts, to physically assaulting industry executives.

Combs even evade taxes from the US government by using offshore accounts.

Lil Rod's Evidence Against Diddy Includes Jennifer Lopez, Shyne

The embattled producer alleged that Combs admitted to involving Lopez in potentially illegal activities and even leveraging himself to have Shyne take the fall for the infamous nightclub shooting in exchange for a record deal with Arista Records.

"He bragged about departed attorney Johnny Cochran's savvy legal skills and ability to pay off the witnesses through private investigators and other third parties," Jones added, noting how Diddy has escaped conviction of crimes.

Jones even revealed in his declaration that Combs even detailed how wiring money to an anonymous offshore account has become a "common practice" in the industry to evade paying taxes.

"This way, if there is ever a need to take care of a problem, it would never be traced back to him. These accounts were in Germany," he added.
