Paloma Faith recently shared her contemplation about stepping away from the music scene.
The "Never Tear Us Apart" singer expressed her thoughts on possibly releasing one final album before exploring new career paths.
During a conversation with Jamie Laing on his Great Company podcast, she mentioned what she wants as a new career in life.
Paloma Faith Music Career Ending?
Feeling a nudge from her mother, Faith's close friend Pam Oakes-Ash mentioned she was encouraging the singer to consider taking the leap into teaching so she could enjoy the summer break back home.
Faith, a mother of two daughters with her former husband Leyman Lahcine, shared, "My mom's always telling me I need to train to be a teacher."
"She said, 'You've had kids, you've done the pop star thing. Go and do PGCE [teacher training] because then you can have the same holidays as your kids.'"
Faith added, "I'm considering it. I just might put one more record out."

In a different part of the podcast, Faith shared insights into the end of her marriage with 36-year-old French artist Leyman.
"Resentment, because there was disparity between what I put into it and him. But I say on the album, there is a spoken bit, where I say I know it is my fault."
