Gucci Mane's legal woes continue as the rapper pleaded guilty to assaulting a fan in March 2013.

Mane, aka Radric Davis, received three years in prison today (Sept. 15) for hitting a fan who wanted to take a picture with the celebrity with a bottle in an Atlanta club last year, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports. "Rather than accommodating the admiring fan, Davis, for no explicable reason, instead, hit the victim over the head with a vodka bottle and then hurriedly left the club," District Attorney Paul Howard said in a statement. "The victim sustained a deep laceration to his forehead which required ten stitches."

Just last month, Mane was sentenced to 39 months for possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. The new sentence will be added to the rapper's current time, according to the Atlanta newspaper. According to legal documents, police found Mane on Sept. 12, 2013 with a handgun and eight rounds of ammunition.

Historically, Georgia hasn't been a great place for the rapper to hang — he has convictions of battery and aggravated assault in the area from 2011 and 2005, respectively. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution also notes that Mane was charged with murder in 2005 (those charges were dropped) and battery in 2008 (the witnesses refused to testify).

The rapper's legal troubles have done little to dissuade him from working on new music, though. GuWop dropped an album, The Return Of Mr. Perfect, on Saturday (Sept. 13) and the mixtape I Am Trap earlier this month. Mane doesn't plan on stopping there either as he has plans for other releases including a collaborative mixtape with Chief Keef, a sequel to Harder 2 Kill and a Christmas mixtape. He also has two summer albums, The Oddfather and Trap House 4, to his credit.
