Bruce Dickinson revealed his plans for a full U.S. tour after selling tickets to his own secret shows ahead of his The Mandrake Project Tour.

Speaking on the April 16 episode of SiriusXM's "Trunk Nation With Eddie Trunk" (via Blabbermouth), Dickinson disclosed whether it would be possible for him to launch a full U.S. tour to support his recent solo album.

Bruce Dickinson Sells His Own Tickets

According to the Iron Maiden Singer, they are looking at a U.S. tour and "planning it."

"I absolutely wanna do a full U.S. tour with 'The Mandrake Project'," he added. "I obviously can't do one for the rest of this year [due to commitments in other parts of the world and MAIDEN's upcoming touring activities], but there's '25 and there's numerous opportunities that will crop up. So the answer to that is yes, of course, we wanna come and do the U.S."

Dickinson shared his plans after having two warm-up shows at the Whisky a Go Go in West Hollywood, Calif.

Music Times learned that the rocker himself worked at the box office to sell tickets for his shows at the famed nightclub on April 12 and 13.

"As we were holed up in our North Hollywood Rehearsal Studio preparing for the tour, we thought that since rehearsals were going so well maybe we should have a little fun and do something last-minute here in L.A.," Dickinson said in a statement. "Putting tickets for sale at an actual box office should remind people what it used to be like back when I started gigging! We're raring to go and I'm just so excited to unleash this band on the world at the iconic Whisky a Go Go."

It marked Dickinson and his band's first shows since their performance at the Wacken Open Air festival in Germany in August 2002.
