Fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey no doubt remember Teresa Giudice's love of material things in previous seasons. She was the poster child for glamour and glitz, at least up until the current season of the Bravo show. Now fans understand that Teresa's husband, Joe Giudice, isn't the only shady one in the family. In fact, both of them plead guilty to a slew of financial crimes last March and are awaiting sentencing that is scheduled for October. Rather than buying more the couple has listed their beach house, boat and mansion on the market.

Selling their Beach Haven West home for around $300,000 will give the shady reality couple some fast cash to pay off creditors and it will make them look slightly better when the appear in court in a few weeks. The beach house is the second property to be listed in about a week. A few days ago it was confirmed that their glitzed-out Montville, NJ, mansion was put on the market with a $3.999 million price tag.

After years of insisting on having only the best of everything the Giudices' are finally beginning to come to terms with the harsh reality that jail may be in both of their immediate futures. Teresa is facing up to 27 months behind bars while Joe could serve as long as 47 months in prison. He also could feasibly be deported back to Italy once he finishes serving his time.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey couples' sentencing date is on October 2.

How do you think that things will play out for them? Many fans have speculated that Teresa will get the equivalent to house arrest while others seem to think that the judge might be more inclined to make an example out of her. How do you think that it will all go down?
