Jeezy's legal back and forth with his estranged wife, Jeannie Mai, has reached new heights of drama. The rapper has claimed that Mai is "weaponizing" their daughter during their divorce proceedings.
The Blast obtained documents showing that Jeezy filed a motion to dismiss or modify Mai's mediated agreement.
Jeezy said in the document that his wife is using their daughter against him. The rapper asked the court to "vacate, or in the alternative, modify the Mediated Agreement on Temporary issues between the estranged couple."
"Unfortunately, the Respondent is weaponizing Petitioner's love for the parties' minor child against him in hope that he will concede to Respondent's unrealistic and erratic demands," the filing read.
Mai has since claimed that Jeezy has been unable to spend quality time with his daughter, one of the reasons why she sued him for child neglect.
Although the agreement indicates a schedule for the couple's time with their daughter, Jeezy argued that Mai is not honoring her part of the deal.
He pointed out that their daughter had lived with them until his estranged wife "suddenly vacated the marital residence."
The filing stipulated that Mai took their daughter with her when she left the residence in October 2023. Despite Mai's claim that Jeezy had neglected his daughter, the rapper maintained that he had been a "significant part" of their child's life since her birth.

Mai accused Jeezy of abusing her since 2002. She alleged that the rapper choked and pushed her down the stairs of the Ritz Carlton Hotel in San Francisco, California.
Apart from accusing the rapper of being physically abusive, Jeannie Mai, has also brought forth claims of verbal mistreatment, as outlined in the legal documents.
Additionally, Mai has accused the rapper of child neglect, alleging that she found one of their minor children in possession of Jeezy's bag, which purportedly contained an AK-47 firearm.
Jeezy has denied the allegations, saying they are "false" and "deeply disturbing."
"This malicious attempt to tarnish my character and disrupt my family is ridiculous. It's disheartening to witness the manipulation and deceit at play and at this time my main concern is being an active father to our daughter as I continue to fight for court-mandated joint custody," he wrote on Instagram.
People magazine even obtained court documents revealing that Mai's accusations had only come to light after Jeezy refused to have a second child with her.
