Iggy Azalea must really be regretting all the time that she spent with ex-boyfriend Maurice Williams (aka Hefe Wine) all of those years ago. Apparently the two lived together between 2008 and 2009, long before Iggy hit it big and before things turned sour Williams downloaded the entire contents of her computer to a jump drive.

Of course, Azalea alleges that this was done without her consent and she became aware of the infringement when Williams announced that he will release an EP by her entitled Inizio on September 30.

The unfinished recordings were never meant to be heard by the general public or at least not yet and Azalea has come out swinging, filing a suit for copyright infringement and unlawfully promoting her yet-to-be-released music. The Australian artist also alleges that Williams has forged a recording agreement based on an old document that was created years ago.

This is also the same guy that is trying to peddle a sex tape with Iggy Azalea in it, are you surprised?

Needless to say, Azalea is suing for compensatory damages as well against Williams. It's pretty common for artists to keep some of their earlier recordings under wraps because it's often pretty rough and not up to par. Can you imagine Iggy's reaction when this dude from her past surfaced with such a clear agenda –– a grand scale money grab at her expense?

Do you think that she will be able to prevent him from releasing that EP on Sept. 30? Or is her earliest stuff going to drop whether she likes it or not? Tell us your thoughts on Iggy Azalea's current battle with Hefe Wine in the comments below!
