    One part of Iggy Azalea's rough year has finally come to a close. After the "Pretty Girls" rapper's ex-boyfriend Hefe Wine threatened her last year with a sex tape and claims that the couple was common law married. Now, it seems as though the two have settled their legal dispute out of court, allowing Azalea and her new fiancé Nick Young to officially tie the knot.

Earlier today (Oct. 10), news broke that Azalea's ex-boyfriend and the man who was shopping around her sex tape, Hefe Wine (Maurice Williams) had filed for divorce from Azalea (real name: Amethyst Kelly) in the state of Texas, where the former couple resided together for several years.

He has taken it a step further, filing divorce documents in Texas against Azalea, claiming that back in 2008 the couple agreed to live as husband and wife in a common law marriage.

Of course Iggy alleges that this was done without her consent and she became aware of the infringement when Williams announced that he will release an EP by her entitled Inizio on September 30th.
