Musical actor Park Jun Hwi has been receiving heavy backlash after a cheating scandal involving him began floating around the internet, leading to his withdrawal from two musical productions.
On June 5, Show Play Entertainment announced that Park and fellow actor Woo Jin Young have stepped down from their roles in Bare: A Pop Opera and Nijinsky.
The decision, as per AllKpop, followed a series of images posted on Park's personal Instagram account showing evidence of an affair.
The photos, believed to have been uploaded by Park's fiancée, included a shot of him wearing only underwear and another of Woo Jin Young bowing his head.

Additional screenshots revealed affectionate messages exchanged between the two, further fueling speculation of infidelity.
Park was reportedly engaged at the time the allegations surfaced.
Although Show Play Entertainment did not provide details as to why the actors departed the company, it is believed to be related to the timing of the scandal going viral.
The incident quickly became a trending topic online, drawing a strong response from Korean netizens.
"Geez," one commenter wrote. Another said, "From the photos, it looks like the fiancé caught them red-handed and took the photos and posted them."
Others condemned Park's behavior, asking, "Why do they live like that?" "He was engaged. Disgusting."
Some expressed support for the woman believed to have leaked the photos. "The fiancé is smart posting the photos on the guy's public account," one comment read.
Another user noted, "At least the ex-girlfriend found out before she got married."
While Park Jun-hwi is not widely known outside of musical theater circles, several netizens have pointed out his established presence in the industry. "He's pretty well known," one commenter wrote.
As of now, neither Park nor Woo has issued a public statement addressing the scandal.
