Black Flag co-founder Greg Ginn has been accused of child abuse by his ex-wife, who is seeking to remove his access to their daughters. According to court documents, on Oct. 10 Marina Ginn filed a Motion to Modify Parent Child Relationship and a Request for Emergency Hearing on Temporary Orders in Williamson County, Texas District Court, Consequence of Sound reports.

Marina, who resides in Austin, Texas, says her two daughters Karis and Isadora, age 10 and 7, "live in constant fear" of their father.

According to the affidavit CoS obtained, Greg "behaved erratically and abusively and endangered the lives and emotional well-being of the children." The document also claims that the children "have complained that his behavior has recently grown increasingly erratic, that he is routinely denying them food and threatening them, that he is increasingly abusing alcohol and drugs in front of them, and that they have witnessed confrontations and physical violence at the building where they live."

The document goes on to allege that Greg made is children "do cleaning chores until 2 a.m.," "locked [them] in a room all alone with no contact with the outside world through cell phone or emails," and has "throw[n] cups of water in their face."

It also claims that he drinks and does drugs in front of them on a daily basis.

He is also being accused of telling his daughters "you're hot," whistling at them and telling them "they are getting fat and need to lose weight and that their diets will have to be more strenuous."

It also claims that he won't allow them to go to public school, insisting they be homeschooled. And that "if they voice their opinion, he will mock them and has been known to say, 'shut the f**k up.'"

She says that her daughters "can't sleep" "get headaches every night" and feel threatened. She also says one daughter has had "a seizure, chest pains, and has complained that she has difficulty breathing due to all the stress and emotional and food abuse she is enduring." She was even taken to the emergency room where it "was explained that her condition is stress and anxiety related."

Marina asks that the court deny Greg access to their children and that he be ordered to "obtain a full psychological evaluation."
