Fans of The Real housewives of New Jersey have been anxiously waiting for Bravo to air the recent reunion of the cast which occurred the day after Teresa and Joe Giudice were sentenced to federal prison time. Of course information leaked out immediately about emotional and messy the whole sit-down chatfest with Andy Cohen actually was. Bravo has announced that the first part of the reunion will finally air on Nov. 2 and with that comes a preview of the drama. Giudice states the obvious, that this will probably be her last reunion show but it leads some to wonder if it will be the last one for everyone.

The current season experienced a significant drop in ratings even with the Giudice's still filming and while Bravo attempted to spice things up by adding three new cast members, they seem to have flopped with viewers. The show went so far as to bring back Jacqueline Laurito after handing her a set of walking papers several weeks earlier. The bottom line seems to be pretty clear, this show is simply not working and nothing that Bravo does seems to be helping.

Taking Giudice out of the equation means that fans are left to watch Melissa Gorga flaunt her material stuff while not connecting with anyone, the new twins play off each other in the most boring ways imaginable while fellow newbie Amber Marchese and her loose-cannon husband are disliked by nearly everyone. When the highlight is Dina Manzo's dysfunctional pets it might be time to put the show to rest for good.

Do you think that RHONJ should return for another season or would Bravo be wiser to use that hour of programming each week to develop something different? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
