Lady Gaga wants to know, hey, what's going on. And she's screaming her lungs out try and figure it out. During her expansive ArtRave tour, Gaga has been covering the classic '90s hit "What's Up" by 4 Non Blondes and now those who have not been lucky enough to catch the performance in person can revel in the experience online.

On Sunday night (Nov. 2), Gaga released a high quality live video from ArtRave Vienna wherein she covers the classic alternative rock single, and she screams at the top of her lungs the whole time.

"OK guys, just play the beginning of that 4 Non Blondes song," Gaga sighs into the microphone near her ice-surrounded keyboard before the band kicks in with that oh-too familiar piano riff.

Wearing an army print jacket, pink and black polka dotted onesie and her hair in a short, blonde bob, Gaga nods her head along to the beat on her piano bench before taking full command of the stage and the song.

Bringing out her most guttural growl in the loudest part of her voice, Gaga screams to "What's Up," injecting an insane amount of passion and emotion into the performance. The growls and screams and sheer power of Gaga's performance bumps up the intensity clear to 11, and she demands to know what's going on.
