Selena Gomez just sold her Tarzana, California, house to fellow pop star Iggy Azalea and Los Angeles Lakers player Nick "Swaggy P" Young.

L.A.'s power couple copped the place — which includes front-facing bay windows and "nearly an acre of gated grounds" — for $3.45 million.

From the Los Angeles Times: "The house previously changed hands in 2011 for $2.175 million. Gomez had expanded the house by about 2,000 square feet and extensively remodeled it. She moved to Calabasas. Craig Knizek of the Agency was the listing agent. Knizek and Kofi Nartey, also of the Agency, represented the buyers."

Calabasas, huh? Taylor Swift is surely disappointed. The 1989 pop star recently attempted to kidnap Gomez and force her to live in New York.

That's what Gomez told Ellen DeGeneres, anyway.

"She wants to kidnap me," Gomez said. "She's been begging me every time we get on the phone to move to New York, 'cause it's been a really good thing for her. You know, we've been friends for seven years and she really feels like she kind of stepped into her own and became a woman there, and she's like, 'All right, your turn!'"

Gomez, a former child star on The Disney Channel, pointed out that she is still trying to nail down an identity at such a young age.

"This year's been — I have been doing this so long that people tend to forget — they're like, 'Be yourself, be yourself,' and I'm still trying to figure out who that is," she said. "I know I'm not perfect, but I know I have a lot of people that support me and love me, and I don't want to let anyone down, so I try to be the best I can be."
