Fifth Harmony took over Good Morning America today (Nov. 11) just like a "Sledgehammer." Even though 5H's debut album Reflection got pushed back until January 2015, the girl group is still on that promotion trip and finally gave its love anthem "Sledgehammer" a television debut.

Taking on the indoor GMA studio in complementary black leather outfits, the girls of Fifth Harmony were clearly pumped to be giving "Sledgehammer" its TV due.

Led largely by Camila Cabello, who stood center stage and holds the majority of the solos in the song, the ladies of 5H whipped out some impressive choreography for "Sledgehammer." There's the air lasso that may also be bringing down the hammer, there's the to-the-floor dip and shimmy and even some impressive twirling.

5H are fairly good dances, though harmonizing has always been Fifth Harmony's forte (hence the group name). And in the chorus and bits in the verses where all five girls' voices joined together, the performance truly shined.

"Sledgehammer" is the latest single from Fifth Harmony's forthcoming debut album Reflection. The record was previously supported by singles "BO$$" and "Them Girls Be Like."

The album Reflection was originally scheduled for Nov. 17 but has since been pushed back to Jan. 26, 2015. Cabello announced the album push back date on her Twitter, citing a tracklist problem.
