Void is here, and we're able to stream the album in its entirety. Available now over on Pitchfork, RL Grime's debut album is here to stream in full for your auditory pleasure. Void is slated for its official release on Monday, Nov 17.

On first listen, RL Grime exceeded expectations putting together an album. It sounds like a complete body of work and not one continuous snare roll, which can be a problem in trap. He mixes and blends different genres like house, drum 'n' bass and trap, while incorporating emotive breaks to provide a respite from the up-tempo trap anthems that come in throughout the album.

It was only yesterday that we got the latest taste of the album, his collaboration with Big Sean, "Kingpin". He had previously released "Core," "Scylla" and "Reminder" as singles in the past several weeks in the lead up to the album. However, now we have the full album in its intended form for listening.

Full album streams before the release date are becoming more commonplace such as, Porter Robinson's Worlds On NPR, as artists look to build hype right before release date. It would hopefully also drive up album sales since the piracy that happens on release date for fans to know whether or not they like the album is potentially minimized.

Besides Big Sean, the album has some big collabs, like "Danger" with Boys Noize, which sounds completely different and much deeper than what you might expect a Boys Noize and RL Grime record to sound like.

RL Grime is kicking off his massive fall and winter tour in support of the album tonight in the suburbs of Detroit, beginning a long 4-month voyage all across the United States, making a quick stop over in Australia for Stereosonic in the middle before coming back and staying here, hitting cities like New York, Los Angeles, Memphis and Tulsa before ending in Miami.

Once again, go ahead and stream the album on Pitchfork and pre-order the album on iTunes.
