If you are breathing, you can count on the storms of life coming no matter how closely you walk with Jesus. The key is to remember that after every storm, the sun rises again and as you walk through it, the light of God's love continues to shine upon you.

Songs for the Storm:

"Always" - Kristian Stanfill

From the song ...

Troubles surround me, chaos abounding
My soul will rest in You
I will not fear the war, I will not fear the storm
My help is on the way, my help is on the way

"Back & Forth" - Lanae Hale

From the song ...

Feel the rain falling hard on my shoulders
I lift my head and don't let go
Feel the tide growing high as I get older
I lift my head and don't let go
I feel the waves rolling over and over
I lift my head and I don't let go
Cause You're my light when the dark gets colder
So take my hand and don't let go…don't let go

"Call on Jesus" - Nicole C. Mullen

From the song ...

I'm so very ordinary
Nothing special on my own
I have never walked on water
I have never calmed a storm
Sometimes I'm hiding away form the madness around me
Like a child who's afraid of the dark

"Closer to Love" - Mat Kearney

From the song ...

She got the call today, one out of the grey
And when the smoke cleared, it took her breath away
She said she didn't believe 'it could happen to me'
I guess we're all one phone call from our knees
We're gonna get there soon

"Cornerstone" - Hillsong

From the song ...

Christ alone
Cornerstone
Weak made strong
In the Savior's love
Through the storm
He is Lord
Lord of all
