It's been nearly four years since Jazmine Sullivan released any new music but the Philadelphia songstress is making her return. She recently talked a new album following her "For Sisters Only" performance alongside Tamar Braxton and Keyshia Cole.

During an interview with Rap-Up, Sullivan revealed the real reason behind her hiatus. As noted by the site, the singer disappeared from the music industry following the release of her 2010 album Love Me Back.

"I was going through a really hard time in a relationship and it kinda really took away all my joy from everything," she revealed. "It became too much for me to try to go out and perform and smile, so I just decided I need to take a break."

Sullivan also revealed her plans to release a new album in 2015. She says her third album Reality Show, inspire by her love for reality shows is complete with production by Salaam Remi, Anthony Bell, and Key Wane.

"I'm really proud of it. I worked harder on this album than any album," she said. "I put a lot of pressure on myself 'cause I haven't been out in so long."

The "Need U Bad" singer says fans can expect a different sound this time around. "I found it best to kinda not talk about [the relationship]. I was trying to get my mind off of that," she said. "The songs are really colorful, just about life in general and reality from my eyes."

Reality Show will feature the Meek Mill-assisted "Dumb," the soulful "Forever Don't Last," and "Mascara."

Last month, Jazmine Sullivan performed at the annual 'For Sisters Only' concert in Atlanta alongside Tamar Braxton and Keyshia Cole.
