It seemed like Keyshia Cole escaped prosecution last month following an altercation at the home of Cash Money Records head Birdman in September, but Sabrina Mercadel recently slapped the "Let It Go" singer with a hefty lawsuit.

Mercadel, a Cash Money employee, is reportedly suing the singer for $1 million for "emotional distress, intentional infliction, battery, negligence and premises liability," The Daily Mail reports. Cole allegedly punched Mercadel in the face and threw objects at her. TMZ reports the lawsuit stating that Cole basically called Mercadel a hooker. "You can get your money later," she allegedly said, slapped the victim on the butt.

Cole posted a video days after being given a slap on the wrist, and it was seemingly a celebratory message to Birdman.

On the lesser dramatic side of things, Cole announced a joint tour with K. Michelle last month. The trek will begin in January. Michelle tweeted her excitement.

Cole's sixth studio effort, Point of No Return, came out Oct. 7. It features Future, 2 Chainz and Juicy J.

"The sixth studio album from the near 10-year music veteran exposes a new layer in emotional depth and risk-taking, showcasing lyrical vehemence and venturing into the visual album territory where only Beyoncé has found success," HipHopDX wrote about the release. "Keyshia triumphantly reveals underlying hostility in true R&B diva fashion a la Mary J. Blige and Jazmine Sullivan, airs out dirty laundry unabashed, but simultaneously lacks an overall goal."
