OVO Sound signees Majid Jordan recently unveiled a new video for "Her" from their A Place Like This EP released this summer. The duo, consisting of Majid Al Maskati and Jordan Ullman, ventures into a monochromatic world in the video directed by Common Good.

The visual for "Her" comes months after the singer and producer shared a video for the title track "A Place Like This." Take a look at the clip below.

Majid Jordan has contributed to Drake's beloved "Hold On, We're Going Home" and Beyoncé's "Mine," which also features the Toronto rapper.

No specific word when but Drizzy made note that the duo would be releasing new music in 2015 on "0 to 100/The Catch Up," where he raps, "We already got spring 2015 poppin' / PND droppin', Reps-up P droppin' / Majid Jordan droppin', OB droppin', not to mention me droppin'."

HipHopDX reviewed their latest project, giving A Place Like This 3 marks out of 5.

Majid Jordan's brand of R&B is less like the trendy alternative sound of recent years and more like the contemporary R&B of the late '80s and '90s, with a heavy downbeat and a finger on its own emotional pulse. The duo doesn't seek to blur the lines with mystique; it seeks clarity.

To that end, A Place Like This is an attempt to leverage R&B's current climate into an opportunity to be openly vocal amid a sonic fog. It is different in the safest way possible; it relies on old genre tropes instead of succumbing to new ones. Short attention spans make easy pickings for these R&B tomb raiders.
