One Direction's upcoming gig on Saturday Night Live isn't the only time the "Night Changes" band will be coming to NBC in the next few days. Yes, 1D will be having its very own concert and behind-the-scenes special, fittingly titled One Direction: The Special, next week and now there are two trailers for Directioners to watch over and over again until the airdate arrives.
The first of the two promos is a mere 15 seconds and demonstrates the general vibes and chaos surrounding a One Direction concert. "It's just insane," Harry Styles says in a hotel bed as images of sold-out concerts, enthusiastic Directioners and some behind-the-scenes tomfoolery pass by.
The second trailer is a bit more extended (at 30 seconds), revealing that One Direction: The Special will feature footage from Bogota, Columbia, Buenos Aires, Argentina, and Lima, Peru. In addition to all the concert footage, girls are running down the street for just an extra chance to glimpse the One Direction boys outside of the stage element.

One Direction: The Special will air on Tuesday, Dec. 23, at 8 p.m. on NBC. This and the upcoming SNL guest appearance aren't even the only times One Direction are due on network TV next week. In further promotion of its new album FOUR and single "Night Changes," 1D are also scheduled to appear on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon.
