Another day, another dollar potentially spent as a festival dishing out their lineup for the summer. This time, Melt! Festival in Germany has unveiled the first batch of artists who will be headed to Ferropolis (the city of Iron) just an hour outside of Berlin. The first wave of artists will be headlined by a varied group that includes, Alt-J, Kylie Minogue, London Grammar, whose 2013 set remains one of the festivals most viewed moments on their YouTube channel, and Flume. Further additions include Jon Hopkins, Bonobo (DJ Set), Clark, Dark Sky, Sophie, Modeselektor and others.

With a varied group of artists coming together on the grounds of an open-air museum of industrial machinery, tucked away on a peninsula in the middle of a small lake, Melt! Has created a unique festival ecosystem in Europe where most have specialized to one genre. There are plenty of different acts for everyone on the list from electronic to indie to pop.

Melt! Festival will take place from July 17-19. Purchase your pass and/or parking pass for the festival via the website here. More acts are set to be announced, so stay tuned for more news to come soon.
