Have you caught any of the current season of Vanderpump Rules on Bravo? If so, then you are familiar with Stassi Schroeder. For the first few seasons, the show kind of revolved around her and her interactions with the rest of the cast. As time has gone on, the reality star has managed to burn bridges with just about everyone else on the show, and instead of being part of the group she now stands out as a controlling mean girl. Schroeder recently insisted that it is the editing that makes her look so negative all the time. Not that it matters much because, according to her, she is finished with reality TV.
"I'm kind of over the reality TV thing. It's too stressful. It really is stressful. There's so much negativity. Most people do reality TV as a stepping stone. They can use it as a platform. Anyone who chooses to do reality TV for the sake of doing reality TV has to be insane. Honestly, I've wanted to use this [TV show] to build up a following. I've been slowly working my way up in fashion. If I didn't have the show, those things wouldn't be possible," Schroeder recently told Reality Tea.
Didn't she say something similar at the reunion last year, but then when Vanderpump Rules was picked up for another season she was on board? Are you guys buying that it is just the editing that makes her look so mean? In the last episode Schroeder was facing off with her best friend, Katie Mahoney, and basically she was ready to throw the whole friendship away because the girl refused to stay under her thumb. Was it the editing that made that scene so uncomfortable or do you think Bravo is capturing the real Schroeder even if she does not like what she sees on camera?
