2015 hasn't started off well for Prince Andrew, who has been dogged by the kind of sex scandal that no one would want to find their name attached to. Virginia Roberts filed a civil suit against convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, alleging that he pimped her out as a sex slave to powerful men when she was 17 years old. Unfortunately, Andrew has been named as one of those men and Roberts insists that they had sex on three occasions. Her attorneys have been unsuccessful thus far with serving him with paperwork requesting that he testify under oath.

According to a report by Radar Online, official documents have been returned for various reasons.

"The Foreign Office refused to accept the legal papers, stating that delivering documentation to a British Embassy was not the 'appropriate channel' for serving them. Documents were incorrectly sent to our embassy in Washington," a spokesman commented on the matter. "As they were not served via the appropriate channels, we are returning the documents so they can be sent by the agreed international channels for the transmission of legal papers," says their source.

Here's the interesting thing about all of this. Supposedly Prince Andrew's ex-wife, Sarah Ferguson believes that she can provide him with an alibi for the time frame in question. That is the rumor that the royals have been circulating, so if it's really true then why hasn't the duchess already done so? If he really was vacationing with her then there would be records to prove it. If he took a quick flight to frolic with Roberts, there would also be a record of that. Do you think that Ferguson believed that she could help her ex and then realized otherwise?

If Prince Andrew really has nothing to hide then wouldn't he just testify to get this mess behind him? He has denied any and all wrongdoing in connection with Roberts, but isn't this the guy that everyone used to call "Randy Andy"? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
