Over the past week, Richard D. James -- better known as Aphex Twin -- has unloaded a treasure trove of previously unheard music onto SoundCloud under the username "user48736353001." In total, 110 demo songs were eventually uploaded to the account, and James has made them available for free download for a limited time only. Through the user, he left the following note via Resident Advisor, "***hello humans, hopefully im gonna start making all these tracks downloadable from 6pm next Saturday 7th Feb, [if I can find some internets] - user48736353001."

People did not catch on to what Apex Twin was up to for a couple days because it was a random SoundCloud account and the account changed a few times. But the music kept on rolling in, sometimes by the dozens, and it appeared that something as odd and brilliant as this would be an idea from Richard James.

User48736353001 commented on Aphex Twin's track "Diskhat ALL Prepared1mixed [snr2mix]":

"Would like to know the full setup for this track, brilliant music man. I love your early 90's stuff so much, I was doing stuff in the early 90's, similar to you but I didn't know about you when I did it ! Im also 43 years old :) I'm going to be uploading it to soundcloud soon, gotta dust off the old DAT's & cassettes!"

It appears he has stopped uploading music and the full 110 demos is all we will be getting for now.

James has also created a website user48736353001.com equipped with crazy graphics that has all the songs embeded on the site.
