Joe Jonas may have quietly revealed the album artwork for his band Jonas Brothers' upcoming new album 2013 V.

Yesterday (July 15), the middle brother Jonas Instagrammed a photo of what appears to be album artwork on his account, @adamjosephj. The cover features a simple white background, with a bulky black triangle (a "V"). Short lines highlight the V, reflecting the Roman numeral for five. Finally, in spaced out, sans-serif font, F I V E is spelled out.

Check out the possible album artwork below.

If this is the official album cover for V, it would be a huge difference for the Jonas Brothers, who have gone the more traditional boy band cover path for their first four records. It's About Time, Jonas Brothers, A Little Bit Longer and Lines, Vines and Trying Times have all featured a photo of the three brothers on their cover.

However, the hinted artwork may not be official at all. Twitter user @JonasbrothersTR noted that the image Joe sent out into the social media atmosphere was someone's fan artwork.

Not to say that doesn't mean the band couldn't have gotten the rights to the image from a fan and incorporated it into their cover.

Though the Jonas Brothers have been vocal about promoting their new single 2013 "First Time," they have been relatively quiet when making announcements about V. The album title was announced impromptu at their tour opener in Chicago, with no teasing or hints to fans. So, it may not be improbably that the JoBros would quietly release the artwork too.

Either way, fans will find out in the dreaded timeframe of "soon."
