Less than two weeks from the event itself, ABC has finally revealed the lineup for its Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, perhaps the most apostrophized title in this history of television. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Blondie, Icona Pop, and in case you hadn't seen enough of her yet, Miley Cyrus will perform at Times Square this year.

It'll be an encore of sorts for Cyrus, who's already had a slew of attention grabbing performances broadcasted this year. First there were the debatably not-safe-for-work videos for singles "We Can't Stop" and "Wrecking Ball," and then there were the surprisingly uncomfortable instances where she tweaked up on Robin Thicke and lit up a join at various Video Music Awards. Oh yeah, and her album sold pretty well too. Icona Pop will be touring with Cyrus next year.

Macklemore and Ryan Lewis had an even more successful, if less headline-grabbing 2012. The duo was the best-selling act on iTunes for 2013, and also merited seven Grammy nominations, second most to only Jay Z. Blondie's performance will have historic significance, as it's been 40 years since the group first appeared on Rockin' Eve, as well as 30 years since its last performance on the program.

The Times Square lineup isn't bad, but it seems like the West Coast event of the same name has a bigger lineup. Robin Thicke, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Fall Out Boy, Florida Georgia Line, Enrique Iglesias and more will celebrate the New Year three hours behind New York.

It's also only fair that we note that our predictions for the then-unannounced Times Square performers was totally off. We had predicted appearances by Lady Gaga, Ylvis and Big Daddy Kane; picks that, in retrospect, seem like a ridiculous lineup.
