Arcade Fire has already announced their North American Tour plans for 2014, optional dress code and all. However, what does the "Afterlife" band have in store for its international tour?

One big this is for sure: a headlining set at the Glastonbury festival. Today, Arcade Fire quietly announced its big gig on its official Twitter account.

"Next year, one week in June," the band wrote about a simple image with four tour dates.

Check out the image and the Glastonbury tour date announcement below:

06/23/2014: Rome, Italy, Rock in Roma
06/24: Villafranca di Verona, Italy @ Castello Scaligero
06/27: Pilton, England @ Glastonbury
06/29: Dublin, Ireland @ Marlay Park

Arcade Fire are the first official Glastonbury headliner. No word yet on who the other big name acts at the annual festival will be.

The Glastonbury date surrounds Arcade Fire's extensive Reflektor World Tour. Arcade Fire will kick off their international shows at the Big Day Out Festival in New Zealand and Australia from Jan. 17, 2014, to Jan. 31 before taking America in March with a string of dates beginning in Louisville.

Of course, Arcade Fire is touring in support of its fourth studio album Reflektor, which was released back in October to critical acclaim and a No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200.
