How many 17-year-old girls do you know of who buy their own spacious home -- with their mother's approval? Even if money is not an issue, it is still unusual to think that your teenager can handle the responsibilities that come with being a homeowner, right? Well, apparently that is not the Kardashian family's thinking when it comes to Kylie Jenner. The teen has been grabbing all sorts of headlines recently for her relationship with Tyga, and now we are learning that she just sealed the deal on a new love nest for $2.7 million.
According to a report by TMZ, "Kylie has inked a deal to buy this 4,900-square-foot house in The Oaks, an exclusive gated community in Calabasas. The house -- which is a block from Kourtney and Khloé -- has a sick home theater, a pool, 5 bedrooms, an awesome kitchen, and on and on.
"Kylie has made a lot of money on KUWTK. To give you an idea, we're told Scott Disick banks $4 million a season, so she's got the cash. We're told Kris Jenner is 'helping her' with the purchase, but we're told it's Kylie loot," explained the source.
This purchase should certainly help Jenner keep her romance under wraps a bit better. Ever since Kanye West spilled the beans during a radio interview and claimed that Jenner and Tyga are in love, they have been facing heat from all sides. The Kardashian family supposedly does not care about the couple dating, but they are worried about what all their fans think. Tyga's handlers have told him point-blank to distance himself from Jenner publicly, leading her to worry that he will dump her in favor of his career.
