Wale announced on Instagram that he is set to drop "The Matrimony," his new single featuring Usher, March 2 from his newest album The Album About Nothing.

The rapper took to his Instagram yesterday, March 1, to post a short video with two images as the focal point. A diamond ring -- possibly a wedding or engagement ring -- appeared on the left and a dollar sign appeared on the right with "vs" in bright red, declaring an opposition placed between the two.

The short video was accompanied by Wale's caption reading, "TOMORROW," "#thematrimony," "taan."

Last month at the 57th annual Grammy Awards Feb. 8, Rick Ross confirmed to Billboard on the red carpet that The Album About Nothing will be released March 31. Ross expressed his enthusiasm for future plans for the Mayback Music Group for 2015.

Talk surrounding this anticipated album included the buzz around the recent settled beef between Wale and Meek Mill, his MMG family. Last month Wale posted an image of him standing next to Meek Mill, with caption "Somewhere in LA...Still at it."

This stirred conversation as the image likely caught many by surprise after Meek Mill took to Twitter in July to say "Wale just aint gone tweet a thing about my album....He's been hating on long time now....don't even text me cornball! #UNOTMMG."

Now that there is no beef, what is next for Wale?

He appeared on the soundtrack for the much-talked-about film Furious 7 -- set to hit theaters April 3 -- on the single "Ride Out" with Kid Ink, Tyga, YG and Rich Homie Quan.

To keep the momentum going, Wale gave his fans a tease yesterday, releasing a video to "MMG Under God," a song he released last summer. In the video, the Washington, D.C., native returned to his home city, featuring a choir and live band.

With the buzz surrounding his album release, many will anxiously wait to see what Wale brings. According to Complex, Wale said The Album About Nothing is "a return to his mid-to-late-00s mixtape heyday."
