Juvenile stopped by The Breakfast Club today, Mar. 5, to talk about what's been going on with his career recently. Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Envy and Angela Yee pressed the rapper on his return to Cash Money Records and his new mixtape. The "Back That Azz Up" artist also talked about why he won't get involved in the dispute between Birdman and Lil Wayne.

Juve confirmed that he has been re-signed to Cash Money, adding that he and the label buried the hatchet on some previous financial and legal problems.

"We worked it out," he said. "It was a matter of sitting at a table and the lawyers doing their thing and we're gonna do our thing...It's all good."

As far as how he handles himself around the Birdman and Lil Wayne beef, Juve said he just stays out of the way.

"It ain't even in my position to give advice," he said after Yee asked him if he would offer any counsel to Birdman on the situation. "I'm gonna stay out of that because they were rocking together tough and tight for some years. There gotta be something they can work out."

The rapper brushed away some of the praise that he helped elevate the Cash Money brand early on, saying that artists were recording tracks that weren't pre-planned for a specific album. In essence, it was the luck of the draw for who scored the big hits.

Juve plugged his new mixtape, Mardi Gras, and promised that a new album was on the way as well. Envy then asked how the rapper plans to stay relevant in a hip-hop landscape that's rapidly becoming a young man's game.

"If you can't beat, join 'em," he said, laughing. "Simple as that. Don't hate on 'em, 'cause I remember when I was the young generation and you had all the older cats...I look at it like, 'Man, let's get this money.'"
