Rob Kardashian is very rarely seen in public these days but he still has found a way to grab headlines and sadly, they are rarely good. Last weekend he popped up on Instagram with a post where he called his sister, Kim Kardashian a "bi*ch" and likened her to the psychotic killer in Gone Girl. While the family has appeared to keep fairly quiet about it in the media, behind the scenes we have heard things are a mess. They've been trying to force Rob into a rehab program but he's absolutely refusing to seek help.

According to a report by Page Six, the family has tried on multiple occasions to get Rob help but he keeps stonewalling them. "He is very against therapy and any kind of rehab. But his family will continue to push for him to get help until he does. He's sad, he's bitter, he's single. He is very depressed and has been [for a while]. It's really hard for him that his sisters are so public and he looks like a shut-in. The attitude has always been that when Rob gets his act together, starts working out and loses weight, everything will be good and he will be happy. But behind the weight gain is this very unhealthy mental state that he keeps struggling with." explains an insider.

In some ways, it seems perfectly understandable for Rob to be the exact opposite of his sisters. In some ways, his not wanting to be trailed by the paparazzi and living in the lime light might be healthier than the way that the rest of his family chooses to live. But his reclusive behavior has clearly become a serious problem when it's coupled with addiction issues and depression.

Do you think that it's a coincidence that most of the men who have been linked to this powerhouse reality family have had major issues? Scott Disick is currently a train wreck, Lamar Odom wrecked his marriage to Khloe Kardashian because he couldn't stay clean and she has also called it "destructive" to date French Montana. Why do you think it is that the men struggle while the women just snap another selfie and collect another check?

Do you think that Rob will crack and decide that he really does need help? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
