Kris Jenner likes to present herself as a powerful manager that knows exactly how to manipulate things for the greater good of her family's bank account, but it seems that someone unexpected might be pulling her strings. While the Kardashian and Jenner girls are the ones that make an unimaginable amount of money for the family, it's actually Rob Kardashian that makes them all walk on eggshells. When he lashed out at his sister, Kim Kardashian last week, likening her to the psychotic wife in Gone Girl, no one in the family commented in the press because they feared what he might say next. Behind the scenes though, Jenner is ready to take legal action against her son if necessary, just to silence him.
Rob has spent years trying to out-step the paparazzi, never quite understanding why his family is so obsessed with fame. While he has become completely reclusive and reportedly battles various addictions and serious depression, he has kept track of his family's less than respectable behavior and is contemplating telling all in a new book. Jenner has spent nearly a decade manipulating the press into reporting on her family in exactly the way that she wanted them to be seen and her version of reality has been anything but.
Rob could easily destroy the family by simply telling the truth, on the record. Jenner knows this and is ready to take action to prevent him from talking. According to a report by Radar Online, "Everyone knows that if Rob wrote a book, it would be an absolute gold mine. But Kris is willing to do whatever is needed to stop him and is prepared to fire off a cease and desist letter if she finds out that he is going to really start the process of doing this book. Kris does not want to have to do this to her son, but this book would be such a slap in the face and undoubtedly a best-seller." explains an insider.
Jenner also reportedly thinks that her only son is way too unstable to be filming with Keeping Up with the Kardashians.
