Kim Kardashian may have graced the cover of Vogue and has enough moxie to get away with bringing her screaming toddler to fashion week with her but as it turns out, not everyone actually says yes to her demands. Soho House is an ultra-exclusive club in West Hollywood that is celebrating its fifth anniversary with much fanfare and as it turns out, the posh hotspot is off-limits to reality stars, including Kardashian.

According to Tim Geary, Soho House's former membership director, being on reality television won't get you on the list. "We denied access to every Real Housewife who applied and Kim Kardashian has unsuccessfully tried numerous times," revealed Geary in a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter.  He then explained why the club is like a sanctuary for the rich and famous, beginning with the no-cameras rule. Soho House might be the one public venue that does actually allow celebs to let their guard down while inside.

Can you imagine Kardashian's reaction to not being able to secure a membership to Soho House? The only thing worse than that reality is probably now the fact that her fans know that she isn't treated like royalty by every establishment. Do you think exclusive clubs like this one are on the right track in refusing to consider a reality star in the same light as say, a prime-time sitcom star? Are their differences between the two? Is Soho House actually offering a refuge to people with real talent rather than those who have become known because of their dysfunction on a reality show?

Do you think that eventually Kardashian's star will begin to fall and she'll find herself on fewer exclusive lists? Tell us your thoughts in the comments below!
