Dej Loaf's already sexy track, "Me U and Hennessy," just got a lot steamier with the addition of Lil Wayne, who lays down a sultry verse. The collaboration was teased a few days ago when the music video was released and as the visuals came to a close, Lil Wayne's voice came into focus for a few seconds. Fans did not have to wait long to hear the final product with Weezy getting a lot more sexual than we have heard from him in quite some time.
Weezy provides a nice male protagonist to the tale that Dej Loaf tells of a romantic night out with her man. Wayne takes it to the bedroom with his very forward lines, "Can we stay home tonight/ Try something new tonight/ Don't wear your thong tonight / No Trojan on tonight," involving sex, drugs and, of course, Hennessy.
After all of his pent up anger and frustration stemming from the ongoing battle with Cash Money Records, which we have seen in his recent raps, his relationship with Christina Milian could have settled things down a little bit and forced Weezy to tap into his more sensitive side. The single comes from Dej Loaf's 2014 mixtape, Sell Sole. The pairing from these two works very well and though we don't know where this track will eventually end up, it is good to see new material from them. Weezy has been hopping on verses from other artists like Tyler, The Creator and T-Pain in lieu of his own original material getting released since Tha Carter V is exhibit A in his current lawsuit against Cash Money Records.
