World, get ready... because Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea will be bringing "Pretty Girls" to you live in just a few short weeks. After plenty of rumors, today (April 22), the Las Vegas showgirl confirmed that she'll be bringing her new single to the 2015 Billboard Music Awards on May 17.

Spears and the official Billboard Music Awards confirmed the "Pretty Girls" performance on Twitter, with the pop superstar noting that her new home of Las Vegas will also be hosting the BBMAs.

The Billboard Music Awards performance will come roughly two after the planned arrival of "Pretty Girls," which is set for release on May 5.

Though that release date is still oh-so far away, there are quite a few details about "Pretty Girls" floating around the web. The song was originally written for the British girl group Little Mix before being passed over to Spears, who originally enlisted Azalea for a singular guest verse. But, as Azalea turns out, the song ended up turning into a full-on duet.

A music video for "Pretty Girls" was also shot recently, with Azalea and Spears decked out in '80s style and driving around in jeeps.

Spears and Azalea may be the most hyped performers at the Billboard Music Awards, but they aren't the only ones set to perform. Kelly Clarkson, John Legend, Meghan Trainor, Ed Sheeran, Hozier, Nick Jonas, Sam Smith and Fall Out Boy with Wiz Khalifa are also going to take the stage.
