Disclosure has officially unveiled the first track from their forthcoming album. Friday night, the deep house brother duo took to the BBC Radio One airwaves with Annie Mac to give the world a first listen at their new single, "Bang That." Guy and Howards Lawrence have not come up with a name for the follow up to their critically acclaimed debut LP, Settle, but they assured Annie Mac on the air that the album would arrive sometime in 2015. Listen to "Bang That" below and you can purchase it on iTunes.

Fans expecting something similar to "Latch," which has spurning a revolution of house music on United States radio, will be disappointed to see the duo deliver a more beat-driven tune with spacey-arps and synths swirling around the bass and a distorted vocal sample taken from 313 Bass Mechanics' "Pass Out."

The duo spoke to Billboard about their upcoming album and how they chose the vocalists who will be featured on the project. According to Howard, "Album 2 is very much underway," which fits with the timeline to release the LP this year. "We're still not sure of an exact date, but people will definitely be hearing music this year," he continued.

Turning to the direction of the LP, he noted a shift in their writing, which can be heard in "Bang That." "We just continued writing naturally over time, and it has shifted a bit. There is still a lot of house and garage there, but we've tried to take on a few other different things as well."

They did not go out and seek big name vocalists, but rather waited for the right opportunity to come to them, which is much easier when you have the industry cache that they have developed over the past two years.

"We kind of wait for people to come to us. Once you start chasing big pop stars, they either want money or they're just not as into it as they would be if they really wanted to work with you, so it's those you gotta wait for," Howard explains. "But it ranges from that to literally my mate who was traveling in Australia with us singing in a bar. I personally like the bar ones even better."
