It seems like remaking music videos from the 1990s is all the rage this week. Jack Black and Jimmy Fallon did it, and now so have Kristen Schaal and Mikal Cronin. Yesterday (May 5), the Last Man on Earth actress and the indie rock singer teamed up) and remade Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn" music video shot by show for Cronin's new single "Turn Around."

The video was directed by Schaal's frequent collaborator Kurt Braunohler and stars Scaaal as Imbruglia alongside Paul Scheer, Braunohler, Cronin and more. The video is impeccably remade, down to Imbrugla's dragon tank top and a host of odd characters floating in and out of the set.

The video was shot as a part of JASH's "$5k Video" series, where indie rock artists and comedians are teamed up to do whatever they like for $5000, as long as the end results in a music video.

And we think it's worth the budget.
