Miley Cyrus' outrageous set at New York City's Terminal 5 for the Adult Swim upfronts didn't just include a new song "Tiger Dreams" with The Flaming Lips, the outrageous pop star also performed a XXX rated cover of Khia's 2002 hit single "My Neck, My Back (Lick It)." And of course, now the original performer of the sexual single has come out approving of Cyrus' take.
Khia took to her Twitter to respond to Cyrus' cover of "My Neck, My Back," giving it an a-OK approval.
