As Glastonbury heads into its final night, the highlights and world premieres from the past several days have made their way onto the web. One such event was Pharrell on the Pyramid Stage where the "Happy" producer took the opportunity to premiere a new track of his titled "Freedom."

The crowd caught on to the simple and catchy piano melody and starting singing it as Pharrell quieted down his band for a brief interlude. He dedicated the track to those who could use a little more freedom and encouraged the Glastonbury crowd to yell at the top of their lungs the song title "Freedom," which they did very willingly. Pharrell is a hitmaker through and through and it appears he has another on his hands. Watch the full performance with the massive Glasto crowd signing along below via the BBC.

"Freedom" has been at the forefront of the Apple Music marketing campaign over the past few weeks. It is in new commercials for the platform, which will debut in two days on June 30. With Pharrell signing on as an ambassador for Apple Music, it wouldn't be surprising to see the track be part of the grand opening on the platform.

It is nice to see Pharrell step out of the studio and onto the stage and show off some new material of his own. Recently he has been working on seemingly every major pop star's album that has come out or will come out in 2015. The musician is reportedly working on Adele's long awaited upcoming album, but with the premiere of "Freedom" it could be a sign that he has also be cooking up come new material of his own.
