As fans count down the days until Disclosure releases their sophomore album Caracal, Guy and Howard Lawrence have been slowly teasing new music from the LP. Yesterday, the duo took to the airwaves with Annie Mac on BBC Radio One to premiere a band new track from the album titled "Moving Mountains" featuring the vocals of American singer, musician, Brendan Reilly.

The track is much slower and more sensual then what we have been hearing from Disclosure's original material. Unlike their previous single from Caracal with Gregory Porter titled "Holding On" that is much more garage and house focused, "Moving Mountains" is softer and more carnal.

The tune still has some of the same sounds usually found in a Disclosure record, but the addition of Reilly's soulful voice gives the track a passionate R&B feel that meshes with the spacey synth chords and soft percussion by the Lawrence brothers.

Listen to the track on BBC Radio One's website here. Skip ahead to 1:29:30 to hear the first play of "Moving Mountains."

Disclosure's Caracal is already shaping up quite nicely despite the pressures that come from the success of their debut LP, Settle. In addition to "Holding On" and the newly revealed, "Moving Mountains," Disclosure is also prepping their follow up to "Latch" with Sam Smith titled "Omen."

Fans can pre-order "Omen" now in the UK and they have promised some news about the track very soon. The Sam Smith collab was supposed to be the next single, but with "Moving Mountains" getting its premiere on BBC Radio One, we may have to wait just a little longer.

Pre-order Caracal on the group's website here before it is released on Sept. 25.
