Selena Gomez's career is about to get a Revival. After releasing her steamy new single "Good for You" earlier this summer, last night (July 21), the former Disney star unveiled the title and release date of her Stars Dance follow-up in an Instagram post.

According to the video, Gomez's new studio album will be titled Revival and will be released on Oct. 9. In the black and white clip, Gomez can be seen writing the album's title on a notepad in the recording studio, followed by the date "10.9." All the while, the introduction from the album's lead single "Good for You" was playing in the background. She also posted the information in the post's caption.

The release of Revival follows the album's lead single "Good for You," which was released on June 21. Beyond a title, release date and lead single, further information surrounding Revival is unknown. However, fans are likely to expect a more mature sound from the 23-year-old singer in the vein of "Good for You" and her two singles from 2014, "The Heart Wants What It Wants" and "Do It."

Revival will be Gomez's second solo album and fifth overall (she recorded three albums with her band, Selena Gomez and the Scene). The new album will also mark Gomez's first release on Interscope Records, which she signed with earlier this year after releasing her final, best-of album For You on Hollywood Records in November.
