A$AP Ferg is working on some new music and plenty of big names are excited about it. In a new interview with Revolt TV, the "Dope Walk" rapper revealed that he was working on the follow up to his 2013 artist album Trap Lord, which will "definitely" be released at some point this year. The new material he is cooking up in the studio is not only exciting fans and he, but also other artists including Pharrell, Madonna and even Missy Elliot.

"I was in the studio with Pharrell, I was in the studio with Madonna, and they said, 'Ahh, this is crazy,' Ferg shared to Revolt. Missy Elliot also called the LP "crazy."

"These are people I look up to, so if they said that they like it then it means a lot," the rapper reflected.

"I got a lot of collaborations on there, I got a lot of my own songs on there, so far everybody that I played it for said it was "crazy," he added.

A$AP Ferg has been pretty quiet lately since his November 2014 mixtape Ferg Forever, landing a few features and sharing a music video or two from the project. Much of the attention has been diverted to his A$AP Mob running mate, A$AP Rocky who's sophomore album At.Long.Last.A$AP is still considered one of the most innovative rap albums of the year.

With these co-signs for Ferg's upcoming album, fans have plenty to be excited about. He previously stated that the LP would be released at some point this summer, so we have to add a grain of salt to his release prediction, but hopefully he is right and it is released before the end of 2015.
