Following its highly successful box office premiere, Dr. Dre and his Beats By Dre counterparts have decided to create limited edition Straight Outta Compton headphones.

The black headphones feature the logo of the N.W.A. biopic and retail for $379.95 on the Beats website.

"Where you come from shapes who you are today," the product description reads. "We all come Straight Outta somewhere, we all have our own unique stories. This studio wireless headphone is inspired by Straight Outta Compton in very limited quantities."

During its opening weekend, Compton topped the box office and surpassed previously reported debut projections by a long shot, better than doubling the original expected take. The film, which depicts Dr. Dre, Eazy-E, Ice Cube, MC Ren and DJ Yella during their rise to stardom in the late 1980s and early 1990s, debuted to $56.1 million in 2,757 theaters nationwide.

The original projections for the opening weekend were $25 million to $29 million. Variety later reported that the film was expected to bring in $49 million its opening weekend. As noted by CNBC, the film trumped American Pie 2, making it the biggest ever August debut for an R-rated movie.

Since its release, there have been reports of a sequel to Compton that will be centered on Tupac and Snoop Dogg's rise to fame on Death Row Records. As previously reported, the film tentatively titled Dogg Pound 4 Life will focus on the careers of Nate Dogg, Warren G, Kurupt and currently incarcerated label head, Suge Knight.

A 2013 interview of Jerry Heller, former manager of N.W.A., sharing some harsh words geared towards Knight recently resurfaced. During the interview, Heller reportedly revealed that he regretted talking Eazy-E out of killing Knight.

Knight is currently behind bars following an altercation and fatal hit and run during the filming of Compton back in January.
