With Labor Day this Monday (Sept. 7), summer 2015 is officially coming to an end. With the passing of the hottest days of the year, Spotify has announced its top 10 most streamed songs of the summer for both the United States and the world as a whole. As should be expected, it was a big summer for the likes of The Weeknd, Major Lazer, Fetty Wap and OMI.

On the American list, The Weeknd has both the Nos. 1 and 2 top streamed songs with "Can't Feel My Face" and "The Hills," respectively, The Wall Street Journal reports. Though the summer was Abel Tesfaye's, other big hits include Major Lazer, Jack U, Fetty Wap and Wiz Khalifa.

03. Major Lazer feat. MO and DJ Snake, "Lean On"
04. Fetty Wap, "Trap Queen"

07. Wiz Khalifa feat. Charlie Puth, "See You Again"

Worldwide, some of the same songs were included but in a different order. Major Lazer's "Lean On" topped the global chart followed by OMI's "Cheerleader" at No. 2 and then Khalifa's "See You Again." Other global hits included tracks from Avicii, Kygo and David Guetta.
