After getting the boot from rehab, it seems as though singer Chris Brown will be sticking around in jail. Yesterday (March 17), a judge ordered that Brown would not be able to enter another rehab facility until his April 23 court hearing regarding his probation in the 2009 Rihanna assault case.

According to Billboard, Brown was given the exit ticket from rehab after four troubling incidents were deemed too many for the 24-year-old singer.

Judge James R. Bradklin said that when Brown was asked what he was good at in a group therapy session, he responded with the alarming notion: "I am good at using guns and knives," which was just the latest in a series of mal-intended behavior from Brown.

The Malibu rehab also stated that Brown refused to take a drug test, sarcastically said "I'm going to ask my higher power to take away my troubles" and inappropriately touched the elbow of a female client, all of which are serious recovery no-nos. Basically, he was mocking the process.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, requested he be put in a different rehab facility, something the judge rejected. Geragos said the system was being counterproductive to Brown's treatment and that the singer had just had a "bad day."

Previously, Brown was supposedly excelling in rehab, after proper diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder and PTSD.

Brown's latest legal troubles have already affected the release of new music. His duet with (the much more squeaky clean) Ariana Grande was set to drop sometime this month, but she noted on Twitter that the release of the track has been delayed.
