On the helm of her North American tour, "Talking Body" and "Habits" singer Tove Lo has released a new lyric video for what is touted as being her next big single "Moments," from her top-selling Queen Of The Clouds album to annouce the tour dates, which will cover musical hotspots Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle and New York City with others.
She is also gearing up to re-release her multi-platinum album Queen Of The Clouds next week (Sept. 25). Her 16-city headlining tour with fellow Island Records artist Erik Hassle begins Monday (Sept. 28) with a date at the North Park Theatre in Chicago and ends with a date in New York at popular venue Terminal 5. To celebrate her tour kick-off Tove Lo has released this intimate lyric video for her fans on YouTube and VEVO.
The pre-fame montage exposes the Swedish pop-star's undeniably self-critical nature that "Moments" is rife with by combining personal photos with the track's lyrics. It will nearly bring you to tears as you watch it. The video is a chronicle of her rise to fame and is poised to be the next big single from the re-release of LP Queen Of The Clouds.
When the lyrics are stripped down to the bare-bones they are simply chilling, as well as a personalized intro from the Tove Lo that reads "I don't know what it is... I just... always had that pressure of... being perfect... and then at the same time... always been drawn to... f*cking everything up... it just makes you feel so free like... no one can depend on you... no one expects anything from you."
