Just last month, singer JoJo released three songs and now she's opening up about her return to music. There have also been talks of a new album.

During a recent interview with Rap-Up, the 24-year-old songstress promoted her "triangle" of new releases and shed light on the forthcoming LP she has in the works.

“I did what felt right and I tried different things, and I took my time and just kinda played around, and what came out is an eclectic body of work, but with more of a cohesive theme,” she told the outlet. “It is diverse, but it’s all very true to who I am and what I love.”

The album will be JoJo's third full length release and her first since 2006’s The High Road. She first catapulted to stardom following the release of her debut single "Leave (Get Out)" back in 2004.

Despite her multi-year battle with former label Blackground Records, JoJo credits her perseverance in the music industry to the support of her fans.

“I don’t know if a more loyal fan base exists. It’s unbelievable, it’s unusual,” she said. “I’m so thankful. I can’t express that enough ’cause it really kept me going. I just want to impress them and make them happy, and I want them to love it because they have been everything for me.”

Although JoJo didn't reveal too many details about her new project, she did note that the album explores her newfound love for house music. No word on when to expect the album, but her three new tracks ("Say Love," "Save My Soul" and "When Love Hurts") can be streamed at JoJo's official website now.
