Bravo released the official sneak peek video of season 8 for the Real Housewives of Atlanta (RHOA), and these ladies are still bringing all the drama. Porsha Williams is still twerking, Phaedra Parks is discussing her husband Apollo Nida's prison sentence, and new comer actress Kim Fields is receiving shade about her age from some of the ladies who tell her they weren't even born when she was on TV.
RHOA is moving forward with the new season without original cast member Nene Leakes and season 7 stars, Claudia Jordan and Demetria McKinney. However, that hasn't stopped the drama and all the shade that is set to carry on with the new season.
EUR reported that with the release of the sneak peek video, "Phaedra is lying about how much she keeps in contact with jailed husband Apollo Nida," who is currently serving out an 8 year sentence in a federal prison for a massive money fraud scheme. According to TMZ Nida could have faced a 30 year sentence but the judge was lenient due to his cooperation in giving up some of his "criminal secrets," that could potentially assist in the arrest of future criminals.
In the clip, Cynthia Bailey reveals that according to Phaedra, she has been in communication with the father of her two children every day. However, a clip from Todd Tucker, husband of Kandi Buruss, revealed that Nida says she never answers his calls.
That's just the tip of the iceberg. The video clip also reveals that Porsha Williams is looking to conceive a child and although she doesn't have an existing relationship, or potential father to complete the task, "all she needs is the sperm." There's even drama between husband and wife, Cynthia Bailey and Peter Thomas, after rumors of his infidelity surface.
Newcomer, and former Facts of Life star Kim Fields, seems to be welcomed by Kenya Moore who refers to her as Hollywood royalty but not all the ladies feel the same way toward the actress. "Honey we weren't born and you weren't famous to me because I didn't even know who you were," stated Porsha Williams, in what appears to be an act of jealousy, about the Living Single actress.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta returns Sunday, Nov. 8 at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
