Houston Rockets guard, James Harden, has been officially welcomed into the Adidas family for the next 13 years with the beginning of his new deal that started on Thursday Oct. 1. The new endorsement will ensure that Harden will exclusively represent #TeamAdidas at all times, and will only sport their sneakers; which is why the brand sent him a decade's worth of Adidas that arrived at his home on a big delivery truck.
The Bleacher Report confirmed that after leaving Nike, Harden officially joined Team Adidas in an endorsement deal that began on the first of the month. Public Relations Director for Adidas, Michael Ehrlich, tweeted the announcement, welcoming Harden to their new 13-year business relationship which awards the basketball player $200 million.

The tweet captures the facial expression of an astonished Harden, as he stands in front of his home front door and watches as a delivery truck pulls into his driveway. He captured the moment himself and shared with his personal followers on Instagram.

The truck, sent by Adidas, carried over a decades worth of sneakers so the Houston Rockets player will never have to wear another brand of sneaker again, according to the Bleacher Report.
Harden plans to use these next 13 years to fully voice his opinion and take full advantage of every opportunity that the brand has to offer. "I have a voice that can and will be heard," ESPN reported during a Thursday interview with Harden. I have a pretty strong voice, whether it's designing my shoe, designing my clothing, just everything, everything that the brand has to offer. I'll definitely voice my opinion." The newly signed Adidas representative says it's not just about the money nor the sneaker arrival. For him, it's about the brand and being able to work together to grow as one. "It's very special; it's always great when you have a brand that wants you and will do whatever it takes to get you and market you the right way," Harden said. "This is another opportunity for me and Adidas to grow as one. I'm excited for the opportunity and I will definitely seize it."
