5 Seconds of Summer's new album Sounds Good Feels Good finally has its second single. On Friday (Oct. 9), just weeks ahead of the record's release date, 5SOS announced that the follow-up to "She's Kinda Hot" is "Hey, Everybody!" and because they're just nice guys, they also released the track.

"Hey, Everybody!" was co-written by 5 Seconds of Summer and Benji and Joel Madden and heavily samples the Duran Duran classic "Hungry Like the Wolf," bringing its classic verses into 2015. This also gives the song a sense of familiarity and catchiness. Think of it as an '80s anthem with a Green Day bite to it. But the twist on a classic isn't the only modern thing about this track. You know what else is super 2015 about this track? It's about being dead ass broke.

"Hey everybody, we don't have to live this way / We can all get some, yeah, we can all get paid / So what you say everybody? Gotta live it up today / We can all get some, yeah, we can all get paid," the band sings in the chorus.

"Hey, Everybody!" falls somewhat in line with "She's Kinda Hot" as bringing together the disenfranchised. And while the song doesn't offer any sort of solution on how we can not "live this way anymore" other than presumably starting a rock band and posting covers on YouTube, it's a rallying cry for everyone who's ever had to walk instead of taking a bus or pay your bills in loose change.

Think of it as the pop-punk version of Pitbull's "Time of Our Lives."

"Hey, Everybody!" is the second official single from 5 Seconds of Summer's new album Sounds Good Feels Good. The record is set to drop on Oct. 23.
